💛 My Story: Why I Created This
In March 2020, at the start of lockdown, I was diagnosed with Polycythemia Vera, a rare blood and bone marrow cancer.
I refused chemotherapy three times over the next 3 years and was treated using bloodletting and aspirin alone.
Three years later, everything changed.
A second bone marrow biopsy showed agressive progression to Myelofibrosis, a more severe form where scar tissue develops inside the bone marrow.
I was told I had months — not years — ahead.
My spleen was double its size.
My liver was enlarged.
My blood cell counts were dangerously high.
My body felt heavy, foggy, exhausted, overwhelmed.
And the truth?
I was terrified.
But something inside me shifted after that diagnosis.
I made a decision:
I was going to support my body, mind, and spirit with every tool I had — integratively, consistently, wholeheartedly.
I devoted myself to:

✔ anti-inflammatory nutrition
✔ supplements that supported my well-being
✔ mindset and emotional work
✔ energetic practices

Slowly, steadily… everything began to change.
My clarity returned.

And I began to feel more alive than I had in years.

Spooky2 Rife Frequency Healing
How This Works
Spooky2 has been a supportive part of my own healing journey since April 2024. When used thoughtfully and tailored to the individual, frequency-based support can be a gentle and very effective complementary approach.
Each person responds differently, which is why protocols are adjusted based on feedback and individual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
To personalise your remote frequency support, I will ask you to provide some small nail clippings. This is used solely as a DNA sample within the Spooky2 Remote Unit to individualise your protocol.
You will also receive personalised, imprinted stickers containing frequencies tailored to your specific needs and condition.
All materials are handled with care and respect, used only for the duration of your support, and are not shared or stored beyond what is necessary.
Please note that postage costs for sending and receiving these items are the responsibility of the client.
Why Terrain Detox Comes First
For frequencies to work most effectively, the body’s terrain needs to be supported first. When toxic load is high, frequencies may be harder for the body to integrate.
This is why we begin with a Terrain Detox phase, which helps prepare the body before moving into more targeted programs.
The detox can be run remotely via quantum entanglement using the Spooky2 Remote Box. A short 2 minute explainer video is available below.
11-Day Remote Terrain Detox Program
The Spooky2 Remote Detox Terrain program runs continuously for 11 days.
It automatically cycles through detox stages designed to support:
Metals, chemical, and systemic toxin clearance
Liver, kidney, and lymphatic function
Overall receptivity to frequencies
Once started, the program runs continuously until it is manually stopped.
Cancer Protocol: Terrain & Target
For cancer-related support, Spooky2 generally recommends a two-phase protocol:
Terrain Phase
Focuses on detox and preparation
Runs for approximately 11 days
Can be run with or without mercury detox (minus-mercury option available for amalgam fillings)
Target Phase
Follows the Terrain phase
Focuses on cancer-specific frequencies
Total duration varies depending on the method used (remote or contact) and if we change the protocol to include peptides.
Detox Reactions & Ongoing Support
As detox begins, some people may experience temporary symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, or flu-like feelings (often referred to as Herxheimer reactions).
If this happens, please contact me. I can pause the protocol briefly and run a supportive program to help ease symptoms.

*New Spooky2 Peptide Programs*
In the first week of January 2026, Spooky2 released new Peptide programs, which are already receiving excellent feedback. I am also personally experiencing encouraging results.
Peptide programs are a cutting-edge development in frequency therapy, developed under the leadership of John White, founder of Spooky2, and his dedicated research team. These presets have been over eight years in the making, shaped by extensive research and community input. They focus on healing at the molecular and cellular level, with hundreds of peptide frequencies designed to address specific biological pathways.
Unlike traditional frequency sets, peptide programs are highly targeted. Each preset is crafted using specific peptides that help regulate the body’s vital functions. For example, some presets focus on reducing inflammation or modulating the immune system by targeting pathways like TNF-α or TGF-β1.
These programs will be included where appropriate, based on individual needs. They are ideal for remote healing, but not suitable for imprinting stickers or liquids.
Individualised Support & Weekly Feedback
Spooky2 has a database covering over 60,000 conditions, plus over 1,000 new peptides, allowing for highly individualised protocols.
Weekly feedback is essential so I can fine-tune your program based on how your body responds. You are encouraged to reach out at any time with questions or updates.
We must pause intensive detox and cancer-killing protocols during chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy. These treatments put significant stress on the body, so it’s important to avoid running intensive detox or killing programs that might overburden your system. Instead, during radiotherapy or immunotherapy, you can focus on gentler support programs such as:
- Symptom relief and pain management programs
- Sedation and comfort support
- Maintenance or mild detox programs only if well tolerated
After completing these treatments or during stable periods, you can gradually resume more intensive protocols like the Terrain Detox or cancer-specific killing programs. Always listen to your body and consult your healthcare provider before starting or continuing any Spooky2 protocols during these treatments.
