My Transformational Life Coaching services have blossomed from working with clients one-to-one and running International group retreats for many years. I’ve watched so many people transform in front of my eyes and it never ceases to amaze me. A. Transformational Life Coaching is a process that enables us to transform our vision for our lives into our reality. It differs from traditional Life Coaching as it works from inside – out and aims to get to the true root of problems, accessing the subconscious mind and breaking negative patterns in order to manifest your dreams.

At various points in our life we are presented with different challenges and sometimes we need guidance to help us navigate through and keep us on track in achieving our goals. On top of this as we go through life, we develop negative beliefs, usually from authority figures such as parents, teachers, colleagues, partners etc. Past traumatic experiences also play a big part and together, these can hold us back in reaching our potential.

Transformational coaching works on the way you see yourself and your environment (perception), getting to the root cause of any ‘problems’ (I like to call them challenges ;)). In combination with stress management, understanding how your mind is working and utilising healing modalities that work for you, your life can become quite extraordinary 🙂

Exploring the underlying assumptions, beliefs, values, expectations and personal attitudes that shape your experience of yourself, your world and people around you.

Of course, they’re your sessions and it’s best to concentrate on one thing at a time. – You may want to primarily concentrate on one area, for example health and wellness. However it’s important to realise our physical and emotional wellness comes from having 12 areas of our life in balance, so all should be taken into account but we can work on the most important first.

I use all sorts of energy work, including the modalities below and Law of Attraction, combined with traditional coaching/mentoring methods.

We will always start by having a good chat about your present circumstances and what you want to manifest into your life.

I will then advise on which methods I intuitively feel produce the best results to bring about swift change.

To obtain clarification, I may use oracle cards and information from the 12 Points of Balance exercise.

Then using modalities such as:

  • Guided Meditation,
  • Curative Hypnotherapy
  • Distance Reiki,
  • EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy),
  • Past Life Regression
  • Ancestral Work
  • Sound Therapy and Yoga

I may also provide you with a recorded Guided Meditation/hypnotherapy to keep you on track throughout the week and between our meetings.

Whilst some of the above may not even apply to you at present, they should still be considered when creating a plan for the future and to create some balance. e.g your friends may be your family, you may be retired or unable to work etc. The areas where there are present weaknesses are generally the ones we work with.

 

I’m experienced and highly qualified in many areas of health & wellness. I use a holistic approach to incorporate body mind and spirit. I’ve been supporting and mentoring students all my adult life as a lecturer and always been interested in Personal Development, Yoga, Tai Chi and the Healing Arts.

Only after moving to Bulgaria 14 years ago, I had the time and space to develop more in this area.

I qualified as a Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance which gave me the skills not only with the physical postures, but the all important breathwork and meditation. I was certified in Nutrition for Disease Prevention from Stamford University and progressed through Reiki healing levels to become an Usui Reiki Master and teacher.

Additional qualifications in Life Coaching, Curative Hypnotherapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Sound Therapy followed.

Continual Professional Development is very important to me, so each year I invest in myself, so in turn I can help others.

I’m presently studying for a separate Yin Yoga certification. All the above qualifications have been extremely useful whilst running our Tranquil Times Yoga Retreats.

I set up my first successful business at the age of 21, have been with my life partner for 30 years and have 2 lovely grown up boys. I’ve always followed my dreams and love to inspire others.

Depending on your present needs, I can offer you one off sessions or bespoke packages for varying lengths of time.

Single sessions are ideal if you need a quick fix. For example, if you you have an acute medical problem or quickly need to de-stress.

Packages are best if you want to make a real commitment to changing your habits and/or your challenges are more complex. If you feel you need to be inspired, mentored and kept on track so you don’t slip into old habits . I

One 45 minute – 1 hour session is £45

This session gets you off to a flying start. There’s always so much to cover when you start your coaching journey. The Kick start session gives time to really explore what’s been happening to you and how you want things to be different.

This service is also for you if you just need a quick fix, to keep you on track or post retreat.

Everyone’s situation is different, but here’s an example.

During this time we will have a chat to clarify your vision or decide and confirm what you want to achieve. You will be coached and maybe choose an oracle card, then I will guide you through a Breathwork/Relaxation/Guided Meditation/Distance Reiki/or Hypnotherapy process. You may be given affirmations and/or a recording, so you can continue to listen at home.

This monthly package for you if you really want to go the distance and are committed to your goals. Your investment is £200 and it includes:

  • 4 x 1 hour coaching sessions via Zoom or WhatsApp.
  • Ongoing email/What’sApp support throughout your journey.
  • Personalised recording for you to listen to between meetings to keep you on track (worth £45).
  • Free access to my Online Yoga Classes.

A bespoke package may be right for you if you need a lot of support at a particular time and need to meet up virtually more than once a week. Or you may want to meet only once a fortnight/month to keep yourself on track to achieving your goals. I will do my best to fit around your schedule and present needs. Just get in touch 🙂

Definitely felt tingling in my iffy knees when you focused on them!

The visualisations resonated with me. I’ve been seeking out/revelling in/feeding my soul from those high spots you evoked – from panoramic Devon high points to recalling a big Thracian burial mound and the feeling of surveying the open plain below from the ancient spiritually charged spot. The steps you had me climb were definitely ancient!

The visualisation of the wooden trunk you invited me to open with things just for me was interesting as it irritated me! I’ve been spending so much time recently trying to help elderly relatives clear out old trunks, boxes, drawers and cupboards that I didn’t want to open it. When I did, there wasn’t much and what there was, I didn’t want! – Acid yellow cloth/balloony head dressy thing and an old shell.

Will be interesting to revisit to see if anything changes in time – will I discover pleasure, and excitement in personal abundant treasures, or does it reflect a healthy lack of interest in accumulated stuff? Do I need to value myself more, or with age am I getting priorities right for myself? Looking forward to exploring that more. Maybe the focus of my next meditation with you? Was expecting warm fuzzy stuff, not points of resistance. ‘Life is like a box of chocolates, just don’t know what you’re going to get’ Isn’t it?
