“Everything in life is vibration” – Albert Einstein
“Sound and vibration help facilitate a deep sense of peace, release tension and blocked energy, and balance the energy centers in the body. They are working at a cellular level to rebalance the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies”. – Don Conreaux

Online Sound baths and Guided Meditations in the comfort of your own home.
During this challenging time, I’m offering a choice of online:
- Fortnightly group sessions via my private Facebook group ‘Guided Relaxation into a Journey of Sound’.
These take place every Full & New Moon, so they fall on different days of the week. You’ll experience a full body relaxation & meditation, whilst absorbing the healing vibrations and allowing the sacred sounds to wash over you. Sessions are channeled through me and pick up on your energetic vibrations giving you, the listener, whatever is needed at that present moment. No session or experience will be the same as the last.
- Private 1:1 Sessions – These can be booked separately or part of a Transformational Coaching session or package.
So why Sound therapy?
Sound therapy has been used for thousands of years to re-balance and tone the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. The vibrations work at a cellular level to help repair the damage caused by stress and emotional trauma. Experiencing the deep relaxation and stress relieving effects of a therapeutic Sound Bath, you’ll be bathed in sound while you switch off. Using Planetary Gongs, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Hangdrum, chimes and the rich harmonic frequencies of other instruments, you will feel the stresses, strains and anxiety of the day melting away as peace and harmony come singing back to you.
Most people go away after a sound bath feeling very calm, peaceful and rejuvenated, and able to cope with everyday life much more effectively. Even viewing things from a different perspective, and finding the answers to challenging situations.
What happens during a Sound Bath?
During a Sound Bath you are taken on a sonic meditative journey. Making sure you’re in a spot where you have good wifi access, it’s a good idea to cover yourself with a blanket and make yourself as snuggly as possible. Whilst you lie down or recline comfortably with your eyes closed, I’ll play various instruments known for their vibratory healing frequencies. Subsequently, you’re free to completely relax and drift off to wherever the sound takes you. The more open you are, the more you relax and surrender, the more you will get from your experience. When played with intent, the instruments especially the gongs have a profound healing effect on all levels.
How does it work on the Mental aspect of the body?
Therapeutic instruments slow down and stimulate our brain wave frequencies. This associated with meditative, clear and peaceful states of mind. There are 5 main types of brainwave frequencies and here we will examine four of them. If you’re really interested, you can read more about the rest here.
Firstly our normal alert, awake, thinking conscious state is known as Beta (14-30Hz).
Secondly, we reach the slower Alpha brainwaves (8-13HZ) which are present during light meditation, daydreaming and deep relaxation when we are physically and mentally relaxed.
Thirdly, Theta brainwaves (4-7Hz) are present during REM dreaming sleep, deep meditation and hypnosis. These states are considered the gateway to the subconscious mind and it’s here where we experience heightened creativity, depth of imagination and access to the subconscious realms where deep seated healing can take place.
So within a short time of immersing yourself in these sacred sounds, your brain frequency will drift into Alpha and Theta. Some people even enter the Delta state (0-4Hz) which happens when we enter a deep sleep
In addition, Therapeutic sound also boosts our immune system, impacts our nervous system, slowing the heart, brain and respiratory rates down to induce that state of deep relaxation and peace. When the brain waves and body are synchronised, balance can be restored and stress can be released.
Especially during times of stress, we can become out of tune in either mind, body or spirit and dis-ease can start to take hold. Through the healing frequencies of sound therapy our bodies can be brought back in tune and we can begin to feel healthy and balanced once more.
How long do sessions last?
All group sessions will last between 45 minutes to an hour.
Please be there a few minutes before start time to ensure you’re set up and ready to settle down 🙂
Where and when can I attend?
Group Sessions will be listed as a Facebook Event on my Tranquil Times page and available in the private FB group.
‘Guided Relaxation into a Journey of Sound’
If you’re not on FB, you can still book with me and I’ll send the live recording to you straight afterwards.
1:1 Sessions are available in the same way. Unfortunately the sound on Zoom, which I use for other meetings does not support sound very well at this present time.
Costs are listed below. If you’re experiencing financial difficulties or wish to pay more, you can simply make a donation
I look forward to connecting with you,

concentrate on one area, for example health and wellness. However it’s important to realise our physical and emotional wellness comes from having 12 areas of our life in balance, so all should be taken into account but we can work on the most important first.
